(“Cybba”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding information we obtain by and through your use of the websites and online services owned and operated by Cybba Inc. Cybba provides various digital marketing solutions designed to enable our clients to optimize their engagement with visitors to their own websites (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes your choices regarding use, access and correction of your personal information collected through your interaction with our website www.cybba.com (the “Site”) and/or our Services. 1. Information to Consumers of our Clients
Cybba collects information under the direction of its clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes with the authorization of its clients. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please review the privacy policy of our client and contact them directly with any questions or concerns.
If our clients authorize Cybba to share your information with ad networks and advertisers participating on such networks, Cybba contractually requires its clients comply with applicable law and, if required, provide individuals with a clear privacy policy explaining how their information collected through the client’s website is used and shared.
2. Information We May Collect From You.
Using the Services. We collect certain information to help us operate and provide the Services to you. We collect this “Technical Information” when you use the Services, including:
- Information about the device(s) you use to access the Services, including MAC address, IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, device type, and device identifiers;
- Information about your visits to the Site, including the full URL clickstream to, through and from pages on the Site (including date and time);

- If authorized by our client and/or permitted under applicable law, we may provide certain information collected through your use of our Services on our clients’ websites with third-party ad networks and advertisers that participate in these networks, so they can offer more relevant advertisements to you, however, to preserve individual’s privacy, we create a unique Cybba ID and combine it with other anonymous data and only share this limited information, which cannot be used to identify individuals, with third-party ad networks and advertisers that participate in these networks;
- You, in the event you exercise one of your privacy or data security access rights under applicable law;
- Other third-parties as permitted by applicable law and/or with your express consent to do so.
We may share non-Personally Identifiable Information, aggregate or anonymous data:
- With analytics, search engine, or other service providers that help us improve the Services;
- In the event that we receive a request from a governmental entity to provide it with your Personally Identifiable Information, we will take reasonable attempts to notify you of such request, to the extent possible.
5. Our Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms.
As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data.
We do not link this automatically collected data to other information we collect about you.

We partner with a third party to either display advertising on our website or to manage our advertising on other sites. Please note that some non-marketing communications are not subject to general opt-out, such as communications relating to services we are providing you, sales transactions, software updates and other support related information, patches and fixes.
Cybba requires that our clients to comply with applicable laws, including honoring lawful opt-out requests, and we work with other information service providers and our clients to assist them in following their respective industry standards.
Many of Cybba’s Services rely on a variety of technical methods, including cookies. You may learn more about interest-based advertising and opt out of interest-based advertising from members of the Digital Advertising Alliance or the Network Advertising Initiative. In the event that you don’t want to be served ads that are tailored to you, you may “opt out” of many campaigns by going to https://www.aboutads.info or https://preferences-mgr.truste.com/. If you decide to opt out, you will continue to be served ads, but they will not be served based on your personal Internet activity.
For websites who use the Services, Google® allows individuals to opt-out of certain interest-based advertising through its platform. You can review and modify these choices. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site and Services provided by Cybba, not to any third-party websites, including those of our clients. Please contact the third-party websites directly for information on their privacy, security, data collection and distribution policies.
8. Data Security.
We have reasonable security measures in place intended to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of any personal information collected. However, we are unable to guarantee that the security measures we take will not be penetrated or compromised or that your information will remain secure under all circumstances.
9. Data Retention.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services to, as applicable, you or our clients. However, we may retain and use your information for longer periods as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
10. Information About Children.
We do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under the age of 16 via any App or Website. We do not allow our services to be used to create interest-based profiles based on information collected from child-directed apps. If you have reason to believe that your child under the age of 16 has provided Personally Identifiable Information to Cybba, you may contact us as described below if you would like us to delete that information from our databases and we will endeavor to fulfill your request.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, and will post any such changes on the Site.
